- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within ServiceNow environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
