We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Intern who is eager to learn search engine optimization and digital marketing. The intern will assist in improving website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard SEO tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content optimization.
- Support off-page SEO activities, including backlink research and link-building.
- Perform website SEO audits and identify technical SEO issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Analyze competitor websites and prepare SEO reports.
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly blog content and landing pages.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Familiarity with Google Search, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to recent digital marketing strategies.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
