Position- Executive Patient Service

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite, professional, and courteous manner, always ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat, organised, and presentable condition.
- Handle patient registration and ensure accurate maintenance of records within the HIS, including registering new patients, scheduling appointments, and keeping patient information up to date.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, respond to patient enquiries in person or via phone and email.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy and other concerned departments to ensure seamless patient flow, timely treatment administration, proper scheduling and minimal waiting time.
- Conduct post-chemotherapy follow-ups with patients to assess their overall condition. In case of any concerns, complications, or adverse symptoms, promptly escalate the matter to the concerned RMO for further evaluation and management.
- Responsible for processing patient billing, handling cash and digital payment transactions and maintaining proper records.
- Verify insurance documentation and assist patients with insurance-related queries and approvals.




- Coordinate with the Centre Admin for inventory management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and other administrative reports as required.
- During patient emergencies, coordinate effectively with other hospital staff and communicate with the patient’s relatives to ensure timely and smooth patient transfer.
- Maintain accurate records of referring doctors, keep an updated list of them, and track the professional fees associated with referred patients.
- Ensure that the feedback review link is shared with every patient and their feedback is mandatorily received and inform them to collect their in-house report once it is ready.
- To perform any other duties assigned from time to time and flexible to work at other centres whenever needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
