You will lead our digital, offline, and territory-wide promotional campaigns to turn housing dreams into reality

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive B2C marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media to elevate the presence of Mukta Homes in Odisha. [1, 2]
- Lead Generation: Design targeted marketing, in localized field campaigns to consistently feed the sales pipeline with high-intent buyers. [1, 2]
- Project Launches: Manage go-to-market strategies, site branding, brochures, and experiential events for upcoming and ongoing premium villa and plot projects. [1]
- Collateral Creation: Supervise the creation of high-quality copy, multimedia assets, floor plan marketing, and promotional content across social platforms. [, 2
- Required Profile
- Experience:



Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven marketing management experience specifically within the real estate vertical.
- Skills: Expert proficiency in digital marketing channels, regional ground activation strategies, and CRM tracking tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with localized fluency to effectively connect with buyers in coastal and regional Odisha markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related fieldWhat We Offer
