### Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented **Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, sales, procurement, and execution teams, driving efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations of ongoing interior design projects, from order confirmation to final handover.
- Coordinate between design, sales, procurement, production, and site execution teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and quality control systems to improve efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including negotiations, quality checks, and timely procurement.
- Track project progress and prepare regular MIS reports for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational escalations promptly.
- Manage manpower planning, site teams, and third-party contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards across all projects.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality or timelines.

### Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust understanding of interior design/project execution workflows.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

### Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in interior design, furniture, real estate, or construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
