The role blends advanced troubleshooting with field-based customer service.

Core Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools, service software, and electrical drawings. [1, 2, 3]
- Customer Support & Communication: Provide in office and remote technical support, communicating repairs and maintenance requirements clearly to clients. [1, 2, 3]
- Maintenance & Commissioning:



Carry out routine check-ups, emergency repairs, and equipment installations according to manufacturer guidelines. [1]
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service logs, parts used, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for internal tracking. [1, 2, 3]
- SLA Compliance: Ensure timely responses to customer queries while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
