Job Summary
We are seeking Sr Developer role involves designing building and optimizing resilient applications using C Sharp and Dot Net while automating operational tasks through Windows Batch Scripting. The qualified will apply payer domain knowledge when available to enhance product features and data workflows and will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions with no travel requirement.

Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain robust applications using C Sharp and Dot Net frameworks to support scalable enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and quality standards.
Implement secure and reusable application components that optimize performance and maintainability while adhering to coding guidelines and established architectural patterns.
Create refine and optimize Windows Batch Scripts to automate recurring operational tasks improve system reliability and reduce manual intervention for production support activities.
Analyze functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business and product teams to translate complex needs into feasible and efficient technical designs.
Perform detailed code reviews and peer feedback to improve code quality identify defects early and ensure compliance with performance security and maintainability expectations.
Collaborate with testers to design comprehensive test scenarios and support integration and system testing to achieve high coverage and reliable releases during day shift operations.
Troubleshoot application issues across environments by investigating logs reproducing defects and implementing durable fixes that reduce incident recurrence and customer impact.
Optimize database interactions and service layer logic within C Sharp and Dot Net applications to improve response times throughput and resource utilization while maintaining data integrity.




Document technical designs workflows and configuration details in a clear and structured manner that enables efficient knowledge sharing and smoother onboarding for new team members.
Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to plan and execute hybrid working model ceremonies including sprint activities and design discussions ensuring consistent progress without travel.
Apply payer domain understanding when available to design features that improve claims processing member experience and operational efficiency for healthcare focused solutions.
Follow secure coding and compliance practices relevant to enterprise environments so that application components meet regulatory expectations and minimize operational risk.
Support deployment activities and environment validations during planned release windows by preparing deployment artifacts and performing post deployment checks to ensure stability.
Continuously evaluate and adopt tools and practices that enhance automation monitoring and developer productivity for C Sharp Dot Net and Windows Batch Scripting based solutions.

Qualifications
Demonstrate strong experience of at least six years in building and maintaining applications using C Sharp and Dot Net with a focus on scalable and maintainable code.
Exhibit proven ability to design and implement Windows Batch Scripts that automate complex operational workflows and improve system reliability.
Show practical exposure to enterprise grade application development including debugging performance tuning and integration with external services in hybrid work settings.
Display familiarity with payer domain concepts such as claims processing and member data handling with the ability to apply this knowledge to functional design when available.
Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders by explaining solution options tradeoffs and impacts in a concise and inclusive manner.
Adapt to agile delivery practices by participating in planning estimation and review activities while managing workload independently within day shift schedules.
Maintain a continuous learning mindset by staying updated on new features in C Sharp Dot Net and automation techniques that enhance solution quality and team effectiveness.
