Job Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Quality Control Laboratory for a leading Agrochemical, Fertilizer & Pesticide Manufacturing Company based in Pithampur, Indore. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in QC laboratory operations, analytical instruments, laboratory software, quality compliance, and documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- CAD-HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)
- FTIR , Particle Analyzer
- Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) & UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
- Karl Fischer Titrator
- Metrohm Instruments such as Tiamo / Titrino Auto-Titrator
- pH Meter, Conductivity Meter & related Laboratory Software Handling

Familiar Instrumental Software

- Waters Empower 2 & Empower 3
- Agilent ChemStation
- Shimadzu LC Solutions
- OpenLAB Software (CAD, HPLC & GC-MS)




- PerkinElmer Spectrum IR (FTIR) & CTI Software
- Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN)
- MS Office & Excel or Report Writing

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and analytical records.
- Handle laboratory software and generate test reports.
- Investigate deviations, OOS/OOT, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
