JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Ø Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and engineering solutions.

Ø Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations in coordination with the technical team.

Ø Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.

Ø Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Ø Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ø Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Ø Coordinate with Design, Production, Service, Stores, operations and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.





Ø Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Ø Maintain customer data, sales pipeline, and reports in the CRM system.

Ø Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback and report findings to management.

Ø Participate in trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.

Ø Provide after-sales support by coordinating with the service department whenever required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
