Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to grow sales, acquire new customers, and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves field sales, order generation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new customers such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and institutions.
- Promote and sell food, café, and frozen food products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits, product demos, and client meetings.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with dispatch, production, and accounts teams.

Required Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass.




- 0–3 years of experience in sales (food, FMCG, or hospitality experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / WhatsApp Business.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in HORECA or retail sales.
- Solid persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
