Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities also Finance & Dispatch team . The candidate should ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- File GST returns, TDS returns, and other required statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Verify vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense claims.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data in ERP/Tally systems.
- Assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.
- Able to Handle Team of Finance and Dispatch for visible hange in department.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- 12 years min. of experience in Senior accounting and finance functions.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliances.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
