Role Description The Finance & Accounts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities. The Finance & Accounts Manager prepares financial statements, monitors cash flow, maintains budgets, and supports forecasting and financial planning. The role includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, as well as coordinating with auditors and external consultants. The individual will also implement internal controls, optimize financial processes, support management with analysis and reports for decision-making,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project costing and financial performance.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting and finance, including general ledger management, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
- Knowledge of tax laws, statutory compliance, and experience working with auditors and regulatory filings.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear insights to leadership.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to maintain organized financial records and reconciliations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance team members, management, and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and operate in a fast-paced, media or marketing-driven environment.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; skilled qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
