Sr. Finance Analyst VMB
As a Sr. Finance Analyst you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of finance within Innovative Medicine and make a direct impact on patient outcomes while driving operational excellence.
As a Sr. Finance Analyst within IMFT Value Management Business (VMB), you will play a critical role in by ensuring financial controlling, transparency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
You will partner across Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to monitor performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.

As a Sr.

As a Sr. Finance Analyst within IMFT Value Management Business (VMB), you will play a critical role in by ensuring financial controlling, transparency, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
You will partner across Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to monitor performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen governance over investment and value outcomes.
Perform Quarter-end close for the projectMaintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks, tools, and reporting (e.g., trackers, dashboards, governance materials)Lead cost control tracking across IMFT initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved budgetkey contact in internal and external financial and compliance auditsPrepare executive-ready reporting and presentations for leadership forumsContribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting automation, and data qualityCollaborate cross-functionally with IT (JJT), PMO, and business partners to ensure alignment and adoptionEnsure alignment with WWP guidance in project spend and capital accountingMaintain and enhance standardized VMB frameworks, tools, and reporting (e.g., trackers, dashboards, governance materials)Lead cost control tracking across IMFT initiatives,

Qualifications/Requirements
Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder Management, including ability to influence and challengePassion for driving change and ability to inspire business adoption of new processes and technologyBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4+ years of relevant finance experience (FP&A;, project finance, transformation finance, or value management)Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insightsExperience with financial modeling, forecasting, and performance trackingAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferredPassion for driving change and supporting business adoption of new processes and toolsRequired Skills:
