Summary
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and conceptualize effective business solutions. The Business Architect also focuses on structuring these solutions to align with strategic goals and prepares detailed business cases that support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. Throughout the day, the role demands a balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and communication to ensure that business objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and strategic plans.
- Familiarity with insurance domain concepts and policy administration systems.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
