Duties and Responsibilities
- Business P&L; Management
- Liaising with finance team for P&L; alignment
- Preparation of Monthly Management reporting - Monthly financial trackers, deck
- Help business to track their budget v/s actuals on monthly basis
- Annual Budgeting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Long-range Strategy (LRS) for business
- Liaising with Marketing team for visibility @POS
- Connect with ARU team for monthly campaign (SMS/Email/notification) for Dealer Offers
- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting current and innovating promotion plan for the business
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Hiring, training, and retaining the team
- Interaction with sales team as per business requirement
- Interaction with finance team for business P&L; alignment & management
- Interaction with ARU team for campaign management
Major Challenges
- Working together and coordinating with various business stakeholders becomes a challenge at this role.
Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 6-7 years of Sales experience
b) Work Experience
- Graduation with 6 to 7 years of and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment
- People & Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
