Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods and handicraft products.
2. Coordinate with buyers, vendors, factories, and sourcing teams.
3. Manage product development, costing, quotations, and order execution.
4. Monitor sampling, production planning, quality, and shipment schedules.
5. Conduct vendor follow-ups and ensure timely deliveries.
6. Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality standards.
7. Negotiate prices and manage supplier relationships.
8. Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and export requirements.
