Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods and handicraft products.
2. Coordinate with buyers, vendors, factories, and sourcing teams.
3. Handle product development, costing, quotations, and order execution.
4. Monitor sampling, production, quality, and shipment schedules.
5. Source and develop new vendors while maintaining supplier relationships.
6. Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and export quality standards.
7. Coordinate with QA, logistics, and production teams for timely deliveries.
8. Prepare merchandising reports and monitor order progress.
