Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations. Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training. Monitor inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage. Maintain compliance with food safety and SOPs. Coordinate with the café team for smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience in a Head Chef or Sous Chef role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of continental, café, and brunch cuisine. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Passion for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
