Job Summary

The Project Manager – Civil will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Site Management

- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Consultants.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising at the site.

Quality Control

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship standards.
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets and control construction costs.
- Review contractor bills and vendor invoices.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Track project expenditures and prepare cost reports.

Contractor & Vendor Management

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.




- Coordinate procurement requirements with the Purchase department.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and local authority regulations.

Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Present project updates to senior management.
- Ensure timely closure of project-related issues.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and project management.
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential, commercial, luxury, or high-rise real estate projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing multiple contractors and large site teams.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
