Job Title: AI Trainer & Workshop Facilitator

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic AI Trainer who can deliver engaging, hands-on AI training programs for kids, students, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex concepts, conduct workshops/seminars, and ensure every learner builds practical AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

- Conduct AI training programs for:
- Kids (5–7 years) – Foundation level (fun, activity-based learning)
- Kids (8–14 years) – Project-based AI learning
- Students (Degree/Diploma) – AI fundamentals + practical implementation
- Working Professionals(Teachers, Lawyers, Doctors)– AI tools for productivity & career growth
- Deliver hands-on sessions using real AI tools
- Guide students in mini-projects and capstone projects
- Ensure practical learning with real-world applications

AI Curriculum Delivery & Tools

The trainer should be capable of delivering a structured, age-wise AI curriculum with hands-on tools, mini-projects, and engaging learning methods.

AI for Kids (Grade 5–7) – Foundation Level

- Tools:
- Scratch (block-based coding)
- Google Teachable Machine
- Code.org
- Hands-on Activities:
- Image recognition (animals/objects)
- AI drawing & guessing games
- Mini Projects:
- “Guess the Object” AI model
- AI Drawing Recognition Game
- Basic Chatbot
- Approach:
- Storytelling, gamification, visual learning

AI for Students (Grade 8–10) – Intermediate Level

- Tools:
- Google Teachable Machine
- MIT App Inventor




- Canva AI
- Intro to Generative AI tools
- Mini Projects:
- AI-based mobile app
- Image classifier (multi-category)
- AI presentation/story generator
- Focus:
- Logic building + creativity + real-world applications

AI for Advanced Students (Grade 11–12) – Career Level

- Tools:
- Python (basic programming)
- OpenAI tools (ChatGPT demos/APIs)
- Google AI tools
- Mini Projects:
- AI chatbot using prompts
- Basic data analysis project
- AI content automation tool
- Focus:
- Career readiness + practical AI implementation

AI for Working Professionals

- Tools:
- ChatGPT, Google Gemini
- Canva AI, Notion AI, Perplexity
- Mini Projects / Use-Cases:
- Email & report automation
- AI-based presentations
- Content & marketing automation
- Focus:
- Productivity, automation, and career growth

Program Structure (Trainer Responsibility)

- Deliver 1-month AI program (8 sessions):
- 2 sessions per week
- 1.5 hours per session
- Each session must include:
- Concept explanation
- Hands-on tool practice
- Activity or mini-task
- Ensure completion of 3–5 capstone projects per batch

Workshops & Seminars

- Conduct AI workshops and seminars in colleges and schools
- Represent the institute in career guidance sessions & job fairs
- Deliver engaging demos of AI tools

Student Engagement & Conversion





- Build robust rapport with students and parents
- Support admissions through demo sessions
- Assist in counseling and explaining AI programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of:
- AI fundamentals & machine learning basics
- Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools

Teaching & Communication Skills

- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong convincing & counseling ability

Additional Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple age groups (5 years to professionals)
- Creative teaching approach for kids
- Willingness to travel for seminars/workshops

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years experience in teaching/training/workshops
- Freshers with strong AI knowledge & communication skills can apply

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
