Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Review and evaluate internal control systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective measures.
- Analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and operational data.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Support management in developing and strengthening internal control frameworks.

Required Qualifications





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 3–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Financial Audit.
- Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, Internal Controls, GST, TDS, and Corporate Compliance.
- Experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
