Junior Officer – Mall Operations
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Hiring a Junior Officer – Mall Operations to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our shopping mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily mall operations.
- Coordinate with retail stores/tenants and internal departments.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility management.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, mall operations, or customer service.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Industry: Retail | Shopping Mall | Hospitality

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
