We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. The role involves visiting retailers in the Kashmere Gate market, generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely payment collections, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retailers and dealers in the Kashmere Gate market on a daily basis.
- Generate current business opportunities and increase sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and personal visits for repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Maintain records of customer visits, orders, follow-ups, and collections.
- Identify new customers and expand the company's market presence.




- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility

- Graduate (Minimum Qualification)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, automotive spare parts, industrial products, lubricants, or engineering products will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Excel.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
