1. PO release based on MRP / requirement

2. Coordinate with suppliers for promise & on-time shipments

3. Manage PPV, Excess buy in system if required

4. Interact with Finance team to track & resolve payments

5. Co-ordinate with logistic to appoint freight forwarder for shipment pickup.

6. Co-ordinate with CHA to checklist approval & on time shipment clearance.

7. Co-ordinate with corporate finance for duty payment of import shipment.

8. Ensure GRN done as per receipt

9. Alternate supplier development, item development.

10. Reporting of performance metrics as required

11. Managing expedites as required from time to time

12. Rotational work across function as required

13. Planning & Forecasting of material as per requirements

14. Strong analytical skill & expertise in spreadsheet tools

15. Ability to learn & execute planning process in MRP software

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
