- We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot front end frameworks like Angular or React are plus and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC
- The ideal candidate will also have hands on experience with any of the AI powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor Windsurf Devin Claude Code or Amazon Q enabling faster smarter and more efficient software delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of scalable full stack applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular React
- Define and enforce best practices across the SDLC including design development testing deployment and maintenance

- Ensure high performance security and maintainability of applications
- Mentor development teams and teach current ways of working with AI powered tools
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Tech lead
- Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and front end frameworks like Angular or React are plus
- Deep understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with AI development tools GitHub Copilot Cursor Devin Claude Code Windsurf Amazon Q
- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and CI CD pipelines
- Excellent problem solving communication skills
