We are actively hiring for the Position of “Admin cum HR Executive” (Telecom Operations) to support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, MIS reporting, payroll coordination, and field team administration for telecom projects.

Job details:

Job Title: “Admin cum HR Executive” (Telecom Operations)

Location: Nagarbavi, Bangalore

Job Type: Fulltime/on-site

Salary: 25,000-40,000 /month (Based on experience)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment and candidate sourcing

· Employee onboarding and documentation

· Attendance and leave management

· HR/Admin MIS reporting

· Payroll support and compliance tracking

· Field team coordination and administrative support

Requirements:

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

· Strong documentation and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

· Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi (Mandatory)

· Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam is an added advantage

Note:



Candidate must be located around 8km radius in and around Nagarbhavi 2nd stage location or relocation would do.
