Roles and Responsibilities:
Mainly deal with Students/TPOs of colleges via telephone/email/chat
Respond promptly to Training inquiries of students
Calling concerned colleges or TPOs for initiating the Training process and other work
Searching online for Colleges and updating the database
Enter & update data of Industrial Training students on Portal and sheets
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
provide training material to the students when required
Maintain a register of attendance of students
Any other work as assigned by the management in this regard
Skills Required
Good communication skills in the English Language
Good coordination skills
Should be confident in the approach
Ability to work in a team environment
Qualification
The candidate should have minimum following Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized university
