Job Role
- Guide students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Explain the admission process clearly
- Handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Convert inquiries into admissions
Responsibilities
- Make daily calls and follow-ups on leads
- Conduct counseling sessions
- Assist with admission form filling and document verification
- Maintain student data (Excel/CRM)
- Handle walk-in students professionally
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in admission counseling / telecalling
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented approach
