Position Title: Job Description: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to supervisors.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized and stocked.
- Follow hotel cleanliness standards and safety procedures.
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene practices.
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams when needed.
- Ensure timely room cleaning and readiness for guest check-ins.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures.




- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality services.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
- High school education preferred.

Working Conditions

- Shift-based work including weekends and holidays.
- Physically active role involving lifting, walking, and standing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
