Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
