Prepare & monitor project schedules.
Track progress, delay analysis, recovery plans.
Prepare client RA bills, verify subcontractor bills, maintain MBs, handle extra items & claims.
Cost vs budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, MIS reports.
Liaison with Client, PMC, Site & Accounts for approvals and billing.
MS Excel, EPC/BOQ knowledge, RA billing experience etc.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
