Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Use job portals and LinkedIn to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
