Job Summary
Resolve Associates is looking for a dynamic Team Leader (Collections) to lead and motivate a team of collection executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in debt collections, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring achievement of collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection executives.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure monthly collection targets are achieved.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Track team KPIs and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operations and Management for smooth workflow.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in collections/recovery.
- At least 3 year of team handling experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
