Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer to join our team in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in jewellery design and a strong understanding of jewellery aesthetics. The candidate should be skilled in creating hand-drawn jewellery designs and able to transform ideas into unique, production-ready sketches while keeping current market trends and customer preferences in mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualizes and plans the entire piece of jewellery from scratch.

- Creates original hand-drawn jewellery designs for rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bangles, bracelets, and other ornaments.

- Prepares detailed sketches with accurate dimensions and design specifications.

- Collaborates with the production and CAD teams to convert manual sketches into finished jewellery.

- Develop custom jewellery designs based on requirements.





- Research market trends and introduce innovative design concepts.

- Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing while maintaining aesthetics.

- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients or management.

- Maintain a portfolio of completed designs and concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in manual jewellery sketching and design.

- Strong hand-drawing and visualization skills.

- Good knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.

- Understanding of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and jewellery styles.

- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

- Preferred Diploma or Degree in Jewellery Design or a related field.

- Experience working with jewellery manufacturers or export houses is an advantage.
