Job Summary
The GeM & KPPP Executive will be responsible for identifying government tenders, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, and ensuring timely completion of tender-related activities through the GeM and KPPP(Karnataka Public Procurement Portal) portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GeM and KPPP portals for new tender opportunities.
- Download and review tender documents.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Upload quotations, documents, and product details on the portals.
- Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters and compliance documents.
- Prepare tender-related documentation, including technical specifications and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams for bid submissions.
- Maintain records of submitted, ongoing,
and awarded tenders.
- Track bid status and respond to customer queries or clarifications.
- Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of tender information and company documents.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GeM and KPPP portals.
- Understanding of government tendering procedures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in handling government tenders for IT products, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, ELV, or related solutions.
- Familiarity with OEM documentation and compliance requirements.
