We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records
- Handle cash, bank transactions, and petty cash management
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Maintain purchase and expense records properly
- Support monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Coordinate with other departments for billing and payments
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts records
- Assist senior accountant in day-to-day accounting activities
- Preferred Skills Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
