We are looking for an experienced Hindi-speaking HR Executive to support recruitment and manpower operations for our facility management business.

Responsibilities

- Recruit and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews in Hindi
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records
- Support manpower deployment activities

Mandatory Requirements

- Native or near-native Hindi speaking ability
- Male or Female
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or manpower staffing
- Comfortable speaking with candidates from North India
- Able to conduct telephonic screening and interviews in Hindi
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce recruitment is highly preferred
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)




- Able to coordinate joining formalities and documentation

Comfortable working with manpower supply and facility management operations

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 3+ Years

Language: Hindi (Mandatory) + English or Tamil Required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
