Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sports Complex Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our sports facility during the evening and night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the turf, gym, badminton courts, and other facilities while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports complex.
- Monitor and manage bookings for the turf, gym, badminton courts, and other facilities.
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records for members and visitors.
- Handle customer payments, collections, and maintain transaction records.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor facility usage and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Prepare daily reports on attendance, bookings, and collections.




- Ensure the sports complex operates smoothly throughout the shift.

Requirements

- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, booking software, or POS systems).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sports facility management, customer service, or administration is an advantage.

Working Hours

Shift: 4:30 PM to 9:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience.
