Job Summary

Pyramid Eats is looking for a Quality Executive with experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality assurance, food safety, and quality control for frozen and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company quality standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
- Investigate quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality.




- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices across the manufacturing facility.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the frozen food manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Frozen Foods and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products such as:
- Momos
- Burger Patties
- French Fries
- Frozen Snacks
- Formed Products
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an automated food processing plant is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,571.01 - ₹31,044.99 per month
