What makes the role meaty?
● Support QA digitization initiatives by converting existing Excel trackers and hard-copy records into digital platforms/databases.
● Assist in maintaining and organizing QA documentation, reports, and compliance records.
● Participate in process validation activities and help identify gaps in existing QA workflows.
● Support reframing and standardization of QA processes, SOPs, and quality systems.
● Work closely with QA and operations teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
● Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and data trackers using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
● Leverage AI tools and technology to improve documentation, reporting, and process efficiency.
We hope that you have..
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related science background.
● Basic understanding of QMS, HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality processes.
● Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
● Interest in data handling, documentation, digitalization, and process improvement.
● Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
● Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
● Flexibility to travel for audits and operational process validation activities when required.
