Experience:

Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's web presence, including website development, maintenance, security, performance management, content deployment, integrations, and vendor coordination. The role will serve as the single point of ownership for all web-related initiatives, ensuring the company's websites remain secure, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and update the website of Emcure and its subsidiaries.
- Develop current web pages, menu, sub-menu, drop down, sections, landing pages, pop-ups and campaign sites.
- Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and compatible across browsers and devices.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage CMS updates, plugins, and website backups.
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.
- Integrate analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ensure website accessibility and compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
- Maintain website security and apply patches and updates.




- Support integration with CRM, HR, investor relations, and other enterprise platforms where required.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Working knowledge of PHP and MySQL (or equivalent web technologies) for website development and maintenance.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of web hosting, domain management, DNS, SSL certificates, CDN, website deployment, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of website security, performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other website performance monitoring tools.

Additional Skills

- UI/UX understanding
- SEO fundamentals
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.
