Role Summary :





The Associate – Loan Admin is responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate processing of gold loan transactions. The role involves approving KYC, gold appraisal, payment, and loan release transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. The candidate should have basic knowledge of gold appraisal and back-office operations with a strong focus on accuracy and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Approve KYC, gold appraisal, payment, and loan release transactions within defined timelines.

-Verify customer documents and ensure KYC compliance.

-Support loan appraisal and payment processing with accuracy.

-Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational controls.

-Identify and rectify errors during KYC, gold, payment, and release approvals.

-Perform visual gold appraisal, including identifying spurious gold and applying stone deductions where applicable.

-Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility:

-Education: Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce is mandatory.

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-Good communication skills

-Solid problem-solving skills
