Job Purpose :
The HR Business Partner will execute people strategies that enable the respective function to achieve its business
strategies. The incumbent will assist and contribute to the implementation and review of strategies and policy
while providing advice and guidance on the application and interpretation of those policies.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the strategic HR partner for the assigned business unit, acting as the primary liaison for all
employee-related matters, and enabling a seamless HR experience.
● Champion the execution of the approved HR agenda within the business unit, ensuring alignment with
broader organizational goals and priorities.
● Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive manpower planning and fulfill hiring
requirements in accordance with the business growth roadmap.
● Translate the overall HR strategy into actionable initiatives within the business unit and ensure timely
execution and monitoring of outcomes.
● Lead the onboarding and induction journey for new hires, reinforcing organizational culture and ensuring
effective integration into the team.
● Facilitate the timely execution of Performance Management System (PMS) activities by partnering with line
managers and the Rewards & Performance team, ensuring fairness and consistency.
● Identify capability gaps and emerging skill needs through stakeholder discussions and performance insights;
collaborate with the Organization Development team to drive targeted learning interventions.
● Drive high participation in employee engagement surveys, analyze feedback trends, and work with business
leaders to co-create and implement data-driven action plans.
● Evaluate training effectiveness and support the formulation of a continuous learning culture through
impactful Learning & Development programs.
● Leverage people analytics and HR dashboards to derive insights, track trends, and present
recommendations that influence workforce decisions.
● Partner with the Talent Management team to identify successors for key roles and support the
development and retention of high-potential talent.
● Work alongside HR Operations to support seamless implementation and optimization of HR systems, tools,
and digital workflows.
● Support the Head – HR in conceptualizing and delivering initiatives that enhance employee well-being,
engagement, and organizational belonging.
● Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, building strong relationships, fostering a
high-performance culture, and proactively addressing concerns to drive retention.
● Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws, organizational policies, and statutory requirements
across the business unit.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit-ready records in support of compliance, risk mitigation,
and governance standards.
What you'll bring:
Experience: 8+ years of Experience in Automobile Manufacturing, other Manufacturing Industries
Qualification : MBA / MSW Full time
