Job DescriptionWe are looking for a precision-driven, hands-on Senior Executive - Biddable Media (Social & programmatic) to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution, trafficking, optimization, and reporting for both Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns supporting our international markets.The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise across major ad platforms, a strong analytical mindset for performance tuning, and an obsessive attention to detail when it comes to campaign quality control (QC) and platform governance.Paid Social:- End-to-End Execution: Own the full launch lifecycle including setup, trafficking, and continuous optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.- Audience Architecture: Develop robust audience segmentation strategies, custom audience builds, and lookalike targeting mapped precisely to client brief objectives.- Governance & Tagging: Execute flawless creative trafficking, complex UTM tagging, and strict naming convention compliance per COE standard operating procedures.- Reporting: Regularly monitor pacing and performance, delivering insightful weekly and monthly performance reports directly to regional in-market stakeholders.Programmatic:- DSP Management: Lead campaign setup and everyday trading operations primarily inside DV360 (exposure to TTD/Xandr is highly valued).- Audience & Brand Safety: Manage data activation (including 1st Party data), contextual targeting matrices, and strict brand safety/suitability settings.- Financial Governance: Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to overspends via meticulous budget tracking, pacing analysis, and automated bid strategies.- Technical Compliance: Coordinate Floodlight and tracking pixel deployment alongside the AdOps team to guarantee total tagging compliance.Mandatory Criteria:- Experience: 2 to 4 years of pure hands-on experience managing paid social and programmatic campaigns inside a digital agency or COE environment.- Platform Mastery: High proficiency using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
