Job DescriptionHVAC SupervisorPosition: HVAC SupervisorLocation: HyderabadIndustry: MEP / Data Centre / Commercial ConstructionExperience: 2-12 YearsQualification: Diploma / ITIJob Responsibilities- Supervise installation and execution of HVAC systems at the project site.- Handle installation of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.- Supervise technicians and workmen to ensure safe and efficient execution.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.- Carry out testing, commissioning, and inspection of HVAC systems.- Review drawings, coordinate with other MEP services,



and resolve site issues.- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.- Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.Required Skills- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and execution.- Experience with AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, chilled water piping, ducting, and ventilation systems.- Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C;).- Ability to read HVAC drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.- Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile- 2-12 years of HVAC site execution experience.- Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.- Valuable communication and team management skills.- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
