Job DescriptionPlease find the JD.Role- Executive - Corporate Treasury SpecialistLocation- Lower Parel, Mumbai.Roles and Responsibilities:1.Finance Cost, Borrowing, Investments, Accounting, Budgeting &Control.2.Handling; Audits3.Inter-company loan (TCIL to Subsidiaries) - Documentation & Accounting, Accounting for loan given and related interest, Interest rate benchmarking4.Governance Report - overseeing Fund flow reporting & handling bank and credit rating agency relationships.5.To negotiate with banks on various products6.To evaluate proposals for investing surplus funds7.To manage and improve the cash flowRequirements:Education - Bachelor's degree/ CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com2-4 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Finance ControllershipExperience in treasury operations, banking relationships, borrowings, and investmentsExposure to inter-company transactions and audit handling
