Lead end‑to‑end implementations and optimizations ofZoho’s suite of financial applications (Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense, Billing, and Checkout) for early‑stage client entities.

Responsibilities

- Requirement gathering and process mapping with founders and finance teams.

- Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense, and related modules including chart of accounts, taxes, and workflows.

- Design and implement automations: workflows, blueprints, and basic Deluge custom functions.

- Data migration and reconciliation from spreadsheets or legacy systems; validate trial balance and opening balances.

- Client training and documentation: create user guides, run user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver post‑go‑live support.

- Coordinate with developers and project managers for integrations and custom work.

- Support pre‑sales scoping when required and contribute to SOW preparation.

- Compliance: Ensure the system is configured to meet regional tax regulations (GST, VAT, Sales Tax).

Connect Zoho Finance apps with third-party payment gateways, banks, and shipping carriers.

Qualifications

- Zoho Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory. Knowledge of the entire Zoho Finance Plus suite is highly preferred.

- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial statements ($P&L;$, Balance Sheet).

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting or basic JavaScript.

- Experience with APIs and Webhooks for third-party integrations.

- Advanced Excel skills for data mapping and migration.

- Certifications: Zoho Certified Creator or Zoho Finance Plus certification is a significant advantage.

- Soft Skills: Ability to translate "accounting speak" into "technical specs" and vice versa.
