About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling digital-first fashion brand in the D2C apparel sector, we’re reimagining everyday style for the modern Indian consumer through data-led design, hyper-personalized marketing, and agile supply chain innovation. Operating entirely remote, we’re building a globally distributed team that thrives on ownership, speed, and customer obsession—empowering our leaders to shape strategy, drive P&L;, and scale brands across digital ecosystems. Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end P&L; for assigned product verticals: set revenue, margin, and inventory targets aligned with brand vision and market dynamics.
- Lead cross-functional squads (Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, CX) to execute go-to-market strategies, optimize customer acquisition cost, and boost LTV.
- Define and refine product roadmaps based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and real-time sales data—balancing trend responsiveness with commercial viability.
- Build and scale high-performance remote teams: hire, coach, and retain top talent in a distributed environment with robust asynchronous workflows.




- Partner with finance and ops to forecast demand, manage inventory ROI, and ensure supply chain resilience across vendors and fulfillment hubs.
- Champion data-driven decision-making: establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews that connect operational metrics to business outcomes.

- Shopify Plus

- Helium 10 (or Similar Product Research Tools)
- SQL

Preferred

- Experience with 3PL & Dropshipping Models
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Background in fast-fashion or apparel D2C ecosystems
