Must Have:

- UKG Pro WFM configuration
- Workforce Management - capabilities such as Time and attendance, scheduling
- Retail industry.
- Solution Design
- High application process understanding
- Agile - Specifically SCRUM team.

Good to Have:

- Solid expertise in IBM DataStage and Middleware integrations (MoveIT mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in cross-system integrations & API integrations
- Strong knowledge of Unix platform & databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, BigQuery)
- Experience with Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Understanding of security compliance standards (SOX/PCI)
- Experience in Workforce Management solution delivery within a global retail/enterprise workplace
- Experience working with global teams / multi-geo stakeholders
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as TOSCA
