The role holder supports the execution of process governance activities within AML/KYC operations by ensuring adherence to procedures,supportingcontrol frame works,andmaintainingalignmentwithMUFGpoliciesandregulatoryrequirements.Therole acts as an SME for day-to-day process governance queries, supports training delivery, and contributes to audit readiness and process improvements under the guidance of the AVP / VP.

KeyAccountabilities:

Governance,Policy&ProcedureExecution;:

- Supportimplementationandstandardizationofprocedurestoensureclarity andconsistencyinoperational processes.
- AssistintrackingandmanaginggovernanceissuesraisedbyAMLAdvisory(AMLA),Sanctions,FLoD, and SLoD.
- Maintainandupdaterequirementmatrices alignedwithinternal policiesandregulatoryexpectations.
- Supportperiodicupdates toAML/KYCpolicies,procedures,andjobaids.
- Ensuregovernancedocumentsaremaintainedincentralizedrepositories(e.g.,SharePoint)withproper version control and accessibility.

StakeholderSupport&QueryManagement;:

- ActasfirstpointofcontactforProcessGovernance(PG)queries,ensuring timelyresolutionorescalation.
- Coordinatewithinternalstakeholders(OBU,QC,QA,andgovernanceteams)toaddress process-related clarifications.
- Supportstakeholderengagementsbygatheringinputs andhighlightingimprovementopportunities.
- Contributetogovernanceinitiativesandsupport deliveryofassigned projects.

Training&CapabilitySupport;:

- Delivertrainingsessions coveringprocessupdates, SOPchanges,andgovernancerequirements.
